1. affect Health?
2. affect Strength?
3. affect Life?
4. affect Mental state?
5. affects any visable object or build?
If you answer YES to any of the above, then call for a Storyteller in “Isle of Legacies OOC” IM group.
The meter rocks your RP, but there are times when you need some narrative to enhance the RP. Private consensual RP, that have been discussed beforehand, doesn’t require ST.
