Bank Opens
Madame Vedis steps into the newly cleaned and renovated bank with a smile. She nods to the urchin playing jacks outside, “Let everyone know, the bank will be open for the next hour for the citizens to collect their Stipends.”
She moves to her place and waits the crowds.
